Phi Kappa Chi
Davenport, IA 52801
The apparition of a large man has been seen entering the front door of this fraternity house and walks up the stairs to the front bedroom. He is dressed in an overcoat with the collar turned up. Some believe the spirit belongs to a homeless man who was brought inside from the cold in 1922, when the location was a private home. The man reportedly died in the front bedroom.

Me and my friend love this kind of stuff. If it’s scary, I’m in. This was not too far away from my pottery class and I go to Davenport all of the time. We were really excited to go but then got lost. We had to run across the street and up a hill. The second I was in front of the house my heart was pounding and I was waiting for something. I saw a shadow by the window but I was pretty scared to say the least, not of the window. We looked back at the pictures and saw a face. At the corner of the face you can see the top of the trench coat. Don’t expect to see it in reality but get pictures. I also got some orbs. I was scared last night but mostly shocked. I’m fine and was never hurt. Definitely recommend if you love scaring yourself
