This auditorium is believed to be haunted by C.Y. Stephens himself. He has reportedly been seen in the basement tunnels or sitting in the back right corner of the 3rd balcony. Cold spots and footsteps have also been reported here and performers say when they see him, it's a sign of good luck.

Once I was at a dance recital down in the basement and I saw some type of orb in a picture I took with my friends we knew this place was haunted so we left it. Then at my dance competition there was a wooden board Randomly down there the first day then like ten minutes later it was moved
