Wasn't quite the best.
I went a long while back because the guy that was running the whole thing was a friend of a friend and an actor within the haunted house. A lot of the props and whatnot are done themselves with a whole bunch of help from others and it was pretty great in the basement where moving walls/mats (i dunno) were in place. It was really dark but vibrant with neon dots everywhere. People in full-bodied dark suits would turn the walls around to disorient you, and I thought that was pretty great.The price is awesome for a small town haunted house (it was literally cans of veggies), but it's more of a kid/young teen attraction than anything.I passed by one night, going to Shock House in the QC and the line stretched all the way around the block. I don't think that it's worth standing there for that long compared to some other haunted houses in Iowa, but whatever toots your horn.
