This building has been a private residence since 2008 but was once a middle school. The ghost of a young boy has been seen in the stairwell and another ghost has appeared in a photo sitting on the edge of the auditorium stage. Children's laughter and talking have been recorded here and an unseen steadying hand was reported from one witness who almost fell down the stairs.

My Team and I have done multiple investigations at this location over the years. Evidence that we acquired includes EVP's (Electronic Voice Phenomenon), Shadow people, AVP's (Audio Voice Phenomenon), light anomalies, investigators being pushed, investigators being touched, hair being pulled, full body apparitions captured on camera, Native American EVP's, Investigators being slapped, investigators being punched, and objects moving. Having been a Paranormal Investigator/Researcher for over 20 years, I highly recommend investigating this location.
